Fall 2017 Schedule
New! WINTER 2018 Schedule | New! Spring 2018 Schedule

Diaper Daredevils
Walking to 3 years, parent participation a must.
The “Diaper Daredevils” program is designed to introduce children between the ages of 18 months to 3 years to the basic patterns of human body movement in a fun and engaging environment.  Parents facilitate their child through circuits and obstacles courses designed specifically for this level by our certified staff.   Here kids learn how to jump, climb, swing and land safely, as well as interact with other children.  Each class runs for 45 min. once per week.

Movers and Shakers
Boys & Girls in same program, 3 and 4 years of age.
The “Movers and Shakers” program is designed to introduce the basics needed in order to start learning the building blocks/skills in gymnastics.   Children follow the instruction of a certified coach without their parents’ participation.  The coach will take them through a fun and engaging warm-up followed by basic introduction to the events of gymnastics using a circuit format.  The program is for children ages 3 to 4 years and runs for 1 hour once per week.

Junior CanGym
Boys & Girls divided, 5 years of age.
The “Junior CanGym” program is for children 5 years of age.  Also, boys and girls are group in separate classes in order to introduce them to the men’s or women’s side of artistic gymnastics.  At this level they start earning CanGym (Gymnastics Canada) badges that make up the 14 levels of the CanGym program.  The program is for boys and girls ages 5 years old and runs for 1 hour once per week.

Beginner CanGym
Boys & Girls divided, 6 – 12 years of age.
As with the “Junior CanGym” program, the “Beginner CanGym” program has boys and girls in separate classes.  Here they not only continue their skill development in gymnastics, but are also introduced to basic physical fitness and conditioning through games, stretching and specific challenges given to each child by their coach.  The program is for kids from ages 6 to 12 years of age and runs for 1.5 hours once per week.

Intermediate CanGym
Boys & Girls divided, 6 – 12 years of age.
Experience Required.
This program is for those who already have some experience in recreational gymnastics and wish to learn in a more challenging and focused environment.  As with all CanGym classes, boys and girls are taught separately.  The program is for kids 6 to 12 years of age with previous experience in gymnastics and runs for 2 hours, once per week.

Teen Boys & Girls
Boys & Girls do not train together but must be 13- 16 years of age.
No experience required.
This Teen program is designed to encourage teens to participate in the sport of gymnastics.  Although no experience is required, the CanGym Badge system is utilized to measure their success and progress.  This program runs for 2 hours, once per week.
